the breakfast offered a Nice selection and fulfilled expectations.

Check-in took An unreasonably long time. the staff seemed indifferent to guest needs. my room was not cleaned until late afternoon. This delayed my plans.

the breakfast was good, with a nice choice of cooked items. the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. the room was super clean and cozy, which i appreciated.

there was no restaurant on site. the smart tvs were available, but i was not able to log into any app. the toiletries offered in the rooms were basic with just a 2 in 1.

convenient and quiet stay

quiet location good meals

i appreciated the quietness of the hotel despite its location on a busy street (i could really relax). it was a short walk to a restaurant with nice seafood. the hotel restaurant also served good meals, convenient after a long day.

The absence of heating in the rooms was a concern. I was cold the first night. the hotel staff provided an electric heater, but a proper heating system would have been better.

the hotel is about 700 meters from a metro station, providing easy access to the airport. while not directly in the main tourist area, it is suitable for business trips. a 30-minute walk or a short uber ride can get you to the douro river.
